Important Legal and Operational Disclosures

The Urban Surge is currently an independent community initiative and private entity, not a 501(c)(3) organization. Therefore, contributions at this stage are not tax-deductible. All funds will be directly utilized to power our events, amplify the voices of our community, and sustain our ongoing operations. This page represents a community initiative in the process of establishing its formal organizational structure. Contributions are processed securely through our business payment systems (such as our Venmo Business account) and routed toward organizational operations. (Note: If you prefer to receive value in return for your financial support, consider purchasing our official merchandise, articles, or services, where proceeds directly fund the growth of our initiative.)
